Everbody Loves Ramirez

Skies of Arcadia background I made for SoAWorld. The character art is official game art and the ship is a shot from the game. Sega made backgrounds like this on the Japanese Eternal Arcadia site for the main characters, so I decided to extend it to a few others. This one is of Ramirez. This is his first ship and is debatably named The Monoceros (a constellation; translates as Unicorn). There is debate over this as when he was promoted to admiral he was given a Delphinus class ship capable of crossing sky rifts. It is this second ship that the name 'Monoceros' appears for in the game, but since this first ship has a unicorn-like horn, it is no strech to assume this ship carried the same name. Yeah... I just thought I'd mention that...
